ET: It’s NOT “ET Phone Home” 👽, but rather Educational Therapist. An ET is a professional who works one-on-one with children on learning challenges.

RSP: Resource Specialist Program. This is a program designed to assist students with mild to moderate disabilities in engaging with regular education classes.
​
RSP students benefit from specialized instruction and support while adhering to the general education curriculum.
​
IEP: Individualized Education Program. This is a written document and process that helps students with disabilities receive the services, modifications, and accommodations that they need.
​
