Formed in 1864, this beacon of the Pittsburgh Jewish community has always been home for me and my family. On October 27th, 2018, 11 worshipers were murdered when an Anti-Semitic gunman opened fire during services.
I created this graphic to be used every year as their email header to remember those 11 souls we lost far too soon.
Tree of Life Congregation remains true to traditional Jewish teachings, yet is also progressive and universally relevant to the way we live today. I created this cover image for their weekly email marketing newsletter featuring their traditional sanctuary, seen through a modern lense.
